WhenDell J. Washington
Executive Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

- Skills and experience: Mr. Washington brings more than 25 years of combined industry experience to Axis Defense Group from his 12 years of service in the US Army and his 15+ years as a security executive. He started the company in 2017, as a contractor referral before leading the company’s shift to full-service security firm.
- Career experience: In 2021, WhenDell led the acquisition and merger of 2 smaller firms and continues to lead the company's strategic growth and development with his initiative and expansion goals.
- Current external commitments: WhenDell serves as the Chairman at Washington Consolidated, a business consulting and project management firm. Additionally, Mr. Washington directly oversees the operations of an organization called MetaVersa Inc, which focuses on the development and strategies that could bring business collaboration in the Meta verse community.
Kurt Ravenfeld Jr
President & Co-Founder

Kurt brings the Axis Defense Group team a leader who carries 15 years of industry-related experience. Mr. Ravenfeld is a US Army veteran with 10 years of service and has been serving in the security industry since his appointment in 2017.
Kurt has served as a key piece in developing and negotiating contracts while bringing in various elite talent and professionals to the company. Mr. Ravenfeld has been a member of the Axis Defense Group since its conception and has directly impacted on the strategic moves that the company has made. Currently in his role as President, Kurt oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and supervisors of all company departments and divisions.
Kurt is serves as a member and part owner of a recreational company and is delving into the world of restaurant and hospitality.
John MacQueen
Vice President of Training & Personnel Development
Appointed: 2018
John joins Axis with well over 20 years of industry related experience from his service as a sworn police officer and his service in the security industry. John joined the company in 2018 serving as a direct operations supervisor before moving into the role of Director of Security Services.
John now serving as the company’s Vice President of Training and Personnel Development, he oversees the training and development of security officers and other staff as well as working alongside the CEO to build developmental plans.
Join is an active sworn police officer and active engages and community outreach and development programs.
Daren Noble
Vice President of Teaming & Affiliate Partnerships
Appointed: 2018
Daren has spent more than 15 years working in the security industry. He has served and excelled in many roles over his long security industry career. Daren has served as a security officer and has moved up the ranks all the way up to the executive ranks.
Currently, Daren oversees the
company’s teaming and affiliates division overseeing the operations undertaken by the associated partner companies and their active contracts. Daren, joined ADG in 2018 after stepping away from his Security Director role at a Pennsylvania based security firm.
Daren is an active member of the nightlife community and is currently responsible for the development of new venues and live entertainment.
