PRN Security Officer

The PRNSO is the most versatile of all of the ADG personnel because they are trained for all accounts in circulation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Requirements
- 1 year of Security Experience
- Active NJ SORA License
- Active Driver's License
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will assist in the administration of the region by:
Responsibilities:
- Training, developing and motivating supervisory staff to effectively oversee all day-to-day operations of the site security personnel.
- Overseeing the employee on- boarding process including new hire interviewing, selection of candidates, training and licensure and new hire paperwork.
- Training subordinate supervisors on software systems, procedural guidelines, Company policies and enforcing consistency in policy practice.
- Coordinating operational functions including payroll and billing, accounts receivable aging, staffing, scheduling and personnel issues.
- Carrying out site assist visits and audits in accordance with the Quality Assurance program.
- Coordinating with Director of Operations to establish goals and objectives and communicate these with staff.
Salary is based on number of accounts in the area of Operations
Requirements
- 3 years of security experience
- Active NJ SORA License
- Active Driver's License
Sales Executive
Job role:
We are looking for a competitive and reliable Sales Executive to help us develop our business activities. You will be responsible for building business by identifying and selling products; maintaining relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sell products by establishing contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- To Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Chief Financial Officer

- Work with management to develop annual budget, five year plan and capital plan
- Build a financial forecast model based on analysis of past performance data

- Assist employees with financial questions and analysis
- Analyze processes and implement improvements
- Review accounting transactions for accuracy
- Keeps oneself up to date with the rest of the field by attending workshops and following publications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and/or Finance
- CPA certification or 3 years of experience working in a similar position
- Sound knowledge of fundamental accounting principles, laws and regulations
- Experience managing and analyzing large sets of data
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, data analysis and interpretation
- Basic understanding of ERP
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
Security Ownership Apprentice
Do you want to start a security company? Do you operate an unlicensed company? Do you have a list of people or businesses inquiring about security services?
Well, this might be the program for you.
The Security Officer Apprentice Program allows you to manage a portfolio of accounts as an apprentice to the Axis Defense Group’s CEO while service as an Operations Manager in the company.
In most US States to obtain a security company license, an owner must carry at 5 years of security leadership experience in a licensed security services company or possess experience in the armed forces or in law enforcement.
The S.O.A. Program is a five year program that puts an apprentice in a position to gain the experience to become licensed as a security company owner.
At the conclusion of the Program, an apprentice will receive a notarized letter from the Axis Defense Group’s CEO, explaining the role and duties of the apprentice, which will aide in their pursuit of a security company license.
If an apprentice does not want to pursue a security license after the conclusion of the program, the apprentice could remain on the Company staff in a management role. If you are interested the Program please apply.
Requirements
To ensure that this opportunity is beneficially advantageous for both Axis Defense Group and the prospective apprentice. We would like any apprentice applicant to be able to onboard with actionable prospects that will produce a minimum of 10,000 annual billable hours. If an apprentice can not provide a prospect or client list they can still apply for apprenticeship if they are financially able to support the operation.
